NHS (Band 5) interview questions and answers

 These interview questions and answers are applicable to the following Band 5 job roles: Registered Nurses, Midwife, Biomedical science, Bank ITU, Occupational therapist, Community Mental Healthcare visitor, Dietitian, Clinician, Audiologist, Adult nurse critical care. The interview explores 7 major areas which are communication, self and people development, care and compassion, technical skills, health, safety, security,  quality of care, and continuous service improvement. 

Q1. Introduce yourself and tell me why you want to work for the NHS?
